Return Policy

All of the items on our site are made to order per each customer's specific design, size and color requests. Since each order is specific to each customer we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on any items that have text or graphics on them. With that in mind, please double check our size charts and your pup's measurements to assure accuracy. It's better to size up than down if you are unsure.
